On January 11, Beijing time, the Toronto Raptors officially announced today that the team forward Orto Potter received reimbursement this season.
Potter recently undergone left -foot surgery, which caused him to not return to the field this season. The general manager of the Raptors Bobby Weberst said that this is a difficult decision for Potter. He has always hoped for conservative treatment, but he still chose surgery for long-term health considerations.
After the Potter joined the Toronto Raptors this season, he played only 8 games in total, averaging 18.3 minutes per game, contributing 5.5 points and 2.4 rebounds.
After Porter helped the Warriors win the championship last year, he chose to sign a contract with the Raptors after becoming a free player. But the health problem still limited his performance and failed to play the level he deserved in the Raptors.
